Job Description: Search, screen and recruit software professionals based on client requirements. Design sourcing programs. Test applicants on qualitative and quantitative knowledge. Review employment applications. Review job orders, determine salary rates and match applicants with jobs. Negotiate employment contracts and employee benefits. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Computer Management or Engineering (any) with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required. Bachelor’s degree in the above fields along with 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of Master’s plus 1 year of experience. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Work location: Boston, MA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
